If you started out with a C instrument like I did, you may find it difficult as an amateur musician to play a concert C on an alto saxophone....

Or quickly rethink a section for the clarinet on the flute....

Well, I can't do that very well, but as always, there is a workaround. In the picture you can see the tuner "Soundcorset". Here you can see the sounding tone and e.g. the tone of the ES instrument.

During my research on this topic, I found another little app: Transponse.

Quite simple in design and just does what it is supposed to do. After entering the sounding tone, all tones for the different tuned instruments are displayed in a list.

Probably the whole thing has the effect that I get it with time yet :-)
